This Service Includes the below(Price Inclusive of all fees): Form MGT 7 is used to file Annual Return. The due date is 60 days from conclusion of Annual General Meeting(AGM). Form AOC 4 is used to file Annual Accounts. The due date is 30 days from end of Financial Year(FY) The payment for the services will be collected only after the service is delivered to you. The Process will be as follows: 1) Book your time slot for consultation 2) Send your input files 3) We deliver the services 4) Invoice will be raised for payment 5) Payment can be made online
